PAN fiber is a high-performance synthetic staple fiber made from acrylonitrile copolymer solution as raw material, through wet spinning or dry spinning to form fiber filaments, which are then cut into specific lengths. It is applied in engineering project such as cement concrete or asphalt concrete to enhance and prevent cracking.

Customize the length and packaging you want

According to the use of different scenes and customer requirements, PAN fiber can be cut into different lengths from 3mm to 18mm. Both internal and external packaging can be produced according to customer requirements, using PE plastic bags for internal packaging and PP woven bags or can be bulk packed into FIBC bag for external packaging.

Production process and specification change

After polymerization and spinning of polyacrylonitrile raw material, the fiber will be stretched to improve its tensile strength and elastic modulus to form PAN fiber filament, and then cut into different lengths of staple fibers by radial rotary cutter; crimped fiber is formed by physical methods such as heating crimping and impact crimping to make the fiber form a crimp and shaped, and then cut into a fixed-length size by the cutter.
